1. About the Service
VentiDoc is a field documentation service for heat pump installers, developed by JAWD AI by Daniel Hammenfors. The service is offered as a web application (PWA) with offline functionality.
2. Trial and Subscription
- New users receive a 14-day free trial with full functionality. - After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued access. - Prices: See ventidoc.no/pricing for current pricing. - Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time. - Upon cancellation, you retain access through the current period.
3. Your Data
- You own all data you enter into VentiDoc. - You are responsible for lawful processing of your customers' personal data. - Data is stored locally on your device and synced to cloud when connected. - You may export and delete your data at any time. - Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to export data before deletion.
4. AI Assistant
- The AI assistant is a support tool and does NOT provide certified advice. - AI responses may contain errors. Always verify against official sources. - AI assistant use is optional. The service works fully without AI. - Chat data is sent to a third-party AI service (Cloudflare) for processing.
5. Limitation of Liability
- VentiDoc is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation. - We are NOT liable for losses due to incorrect data, downtime, or AI responses. - You are responsible for verifying documentation meets regulatory requirements. - Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
6. Acceptable Use
You shall NOT: - Share accounts with others - Use the service for illegal purposes - Attempt to access others' data - Overload the service with automated requests - Reverse-engineer or copy the service
7. Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of first payment. After this, no refund for remaining subscription period. Contact support@ventidoc.no for refund requests.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
